“And whoever relies upon Allah – then He is sufficient for him.” [65:3]
This is one of my favorite verses in the Quran. And I believe that in our present situation it has become even more important. Rely upon Allah and He will be sufficient for you.
Relying upon Allah has one prerequisite: that we do what is in our capacity and strive with the effort that we are able and THEN to leave the rest to Allah.
Just as we look both ways before we cross the street, we must also take every precaution that we are able, within reason and as advised by those closest to us, and then leave the rest to Allah.
For there are two types of situations in our lives: those over which we have control and those over which we have NO control. The first type we have some say in along with trust in Allah. The second type we must depend solely on Allah – knowing that whatever happens is what is best for us and is only preparing us for what is yet to come.

Assalamualaikum,
I received an email from Quranic on this subject of Trusting Allah. This is what I needed the most to hear right now as am in the midst of chaos. Some of the things I planned couldn’t workout very well and I pray to Allah each day to ease whatever I am going through right now.
Each day I pray for the best and asking for things I actually wanted. However, I believe Allah has better plan for me and I must Trust Allah in what HE plans for me. I should follow through HIS plans without having a doubt on it.
Alhamdulillah. We’re so glad this article could help you in trying times 🙂
Thank you for this wonderful verse. This is something I am striving for in my life everyday. To do my part and leave the rest to Allah. As well as appreciating the things that go in my favor as well as the things Allah turns me away from.
We are glad you have benefited from this article. I pray it is made easy for you to implement it into your life 🙂
Assalamu’alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu!
I pray that everyone is in a a good condition!

Salam, very true. I’m at peace when things don’t go according to plan because there’s a bigger plan. Allah is the best of planners.
It’s true
Allahumdullah, thank you so much
A’Salaamu Alaikum Wa’RahmatuAllahi Wa’Barakatuh, I couldn’t agree with you More Ma’Sha’ALL H ThabarakALL H May ALL H Subhanahu Wa Ta’Aala Keep us Steadfast Upon Qur’ân and Upon The truth & Beauty of Islām A’Salaamu Alaikum Wa’RahmatuAllahi Wa’Barakatuh
As Salaam alaykoum wrwb,
I believe the Prophet (saw) summed it all up perfectly when he spoke about tying down the camel and trusting in ALLAH swt.
This should apply to everything in life and it demonstrates that it’s not ONLY about trusting Allah, rather, trusting Allah also requires action.
Every Prophet came not just to trust ALLAH, but also with action/s such as striving to establish justice in the land.
Have a wonderful day under the protection of Allah swt ??

Anas ibn Malik reported: A man said, “O Messenger of Allah, should I tie my camel and trust in Allah, or should I leave her untied and trust in Allah?” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Tie her and trust in Allah.”

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakaatuh.
A very good reminder and really true. Sometimes we don’t understand what’s happening in our lives but Allah always gives the best.
This happened with me too,
Once we were shifting our house and i had many friends their, i was really unhappy. But when we shifted i found that all my friends too shifted to some other places and the biggest gift for me was that i got to attend Quran classess in Masjid which is just opposite to my house.
This really shows that we are so judgemental and think Allah has not given us the best but at last we are the one who say Alhamdulillah this was the best decision for me made by Allah and actually it was me who was misunderstanding it.
Jazak Allah Khair.
May Allah make all our matters easy.
